Before founding Processit with son James, Richard had a successful 25 year career with a major blue chip retailer, finishing as Director of Process Improvement. He is a dynamic and tenacious retail leader who passionately believes in giving the best service to his customers.
His focus at Processit is leading our sales force - he is often found out and about with customers or even wandering around the country's shopping centres in the middle of the sale with a camera looking for retailers who need our help!

He has put together a portfolio of label printing solutions that is without question one of the best in the industry. He is responsible for working with each customer to find the best fit out of all our systems and then managing the implementation.
James runs many of our day to day operations including product sourcing and buying, both in the UK and the Far East, warehousing, and our after sales service and helplines.
